2024 Survey Results

Thank you for participating in our feedback survey. Overall you gave us the following ratings.

Access and availability 87%
Reception experience 90%
Doctors interpersonal skills 93%
Doctors communication skills 93%
Information given to you 88%
Experience of privacy 89%
Team care arrangements 90%
Overall experience 90%

Our two highest reviewed areas included our doctors interpersonal and communication skills.

We are proud of this result as it shows on our public reviews quite often with an overall rating of 4.7 stars from over 200 reviews.

Our two areas of improvement are:

The time you have to wait to see a doctor is too long

We have extended standard consults from 10 minutes to 15 minutes to accommodate more time for you and the doctor. This also allows the appointments to stay on schedule.

Not enough information given to you during appointments

As a team we have worked together to develop resources for all doctors to be able to give more information during your appointments. This means we are prioritising informing you during the consultation before you leave.
